Experion® HS is a powerful software platform that incorporates innovative applications for Human Machine Interface (HMI) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA). It comprises a subset of Experion PKS components specifically packaged to provide a targeted and robust system for small to medium automation projects.

Remote Terminal Unit
Honeywell offers two different RTU solution based on the application need.
RC500 offers the flexibility to choose the appropriate RTU model to suit specific application needs. RTU variants are available based upon the number of communication ports needed, memory requirements, system topology needs, protocol needs and type of input/output modules needed. RC500 RTUs have the power of embedded Linux platform and are capable of all remote automation and control applications
RTU2020 is a modular, powerful and scalable controller capable of all remote automation and control applications. It is designed to communicate with any SCADA system but when combined with Experion® PKS and its radically simplified SCADA configuration with superior operator experience, it solves the most challenging remote automation requirements for the Oil & Gas industry.
Safety Manager SC (SIL-3)
Safety Manager SC is a modular, fault-tolerant safety system capable of solving the most challenging Emergency Shutdown (ESD) / Safety Instrumented System (SIS) applications in the Process Control industry. It is certified by TUV Rheinland for use in safety applications up to Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL3).
Safety Manager SC is a logical evolution of the Safety Manager providing several improvements as the design changes to the C-Series form factor including an S300 processor, Safety Digital IO (SDIO) and offline simulation capability. It is operationally integrated with Experion® and meets the latest cybersecurity standards, ensuring safety, simplifying operations and reducing costs by providing a single safety platform to support small packaged applications to large distributed architectures.
