Pravin Chaudhari
Founder CEO
Pravin Chaudhari is an Instrumentation Engineer, from Pune University and has undergone leadership and management development courses from organizations such as IIM Ahmedabad. He initiated his career journey- from a professor in an engineering college and later worked as a systems engineer in Honeywell Automation India Ltd.
Enriched with a broad understanding of industrial technologies combined with corporate exposure and infused with the spirit of doing something different he took on the most uncertain role as an entrepreneur in 2011 while working aggressively on employee management, operations and strategic management to drive the organization to the next level.
His focus on understanding the human mindset, complex problems, and living by values have been of great help in accelerating Virtuoso’s organic growth to 70% since 2012 and an expansion in margins by 40% since 2012, thereby creating one of the leading engineering service companies of India, while deploying capital effectively and building a high-performance culture with a core thrust on employee relations while giving opportunities to latent talent within the organization. His leadership has seen a significant increase across key business performance indicators, including achieving a consolidated turnover of US$ 14.2 million, and a net worth of US$ 5 million.
Sreekanth Reddy
Director of Projects
Sreekanth Reddy is the Director of Projects at Virtuoso Projects & Engineers Private Ltd. Responsible for strategic planning, sales, marketing and growth initiatives he is one of the earliest members of the organization. Sreekanth brings a decade of business development, sales, marketing, and strategy experience to the executive team. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Visvesvaraya Technological University Specialization in Instrumentation.
Sameer Gunjal
Director of Engineering Services
Sameer Gunjal is the Director of Engineering Services at Virtuoso Projects and Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (VPEL).
Sameer joined as a trainee engineer in 2013 and within a short period of time, he was not only given the opportunity to head business operations but also got promoted within a few weeks as the Business Leader and Director for Engineering Services.
He is responsible for the sustenance and growth of engineering services business including day to day operations, new strategies for business development, processes, identifying and implementing staffing requirements etc. During COVID19 pandemic, under Sameer’s leadership, VPEL bagged one of the biggest engineering services projects involving 70,000 man-hours.
He holds a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication from Pune University.
Swapnali Ghadge
Human Resource Head
As the Head of Human Resource at Virtuoso, Swapnali oversees the company’s acquisition planning and human resources functions. She works with Virtuoso’s businesses to identify potential acquisition candidates and manages the recruitment of senior executives, leadership development and succession planning programs.
In 2020, she has been promoted as the Business Leader of Virtuoso‘s Process Management business division which helps to develop and guide the company’s business strategies. In this role, she not only coordinates strategies for the business units but also ensures successful completion of many acquisitions.
Swapnali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Pune University
Mangesh Mangulkar
Head of Operations
With a decade of rich and comprehensive experience in instrumentation and automation of various process domains, Mangesh joined Virtuoso in 2013 and is the Head of Operations at Virtuoso.
With his deep expertise in Instrumentation and controls, Mangesh is in charge of Project Designing, Engineering, Project Management and System Implementation of various projects being executed across India.
Mangesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering.
Asmita Shelke
Finance Manager
Asmita started her journey with Virtuoso as an Executive in 2014 after completing her MBS & M.COM in Finance from Pune University. Her performance combined with her extensive financial skills enabled her promotion to Finance Manager at Virtuoso. Her is the core member of Virtuoso management. An industry veteran, she has extensive knowledge and deep understanding of corporate finance, strategic financial planning including forecasting, budgeting, monitoring and controlling.
